About Us:
Compass Health Centre is a private practice mental health clinic located in St. John’s, NL. We provide high-quality office spaces and support services to registered/certified mental health therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional care while maintaining the independence of running their own practice. Our collaborative environment fosters connection and collegiality among independent practitioners, all within a supportive and well-equipped setting. We offer varying levels of services that you are free to choose from. You make the choices about your own practice.
This is an independent contractor position, where you rent an office space at our clinic. You retain full control over your earnings, setting your own client fees, and managing your finances. Competitive rental rates for office space, with flexible options available.
Qualifications:
Must be a registered or certified mental health clinician (R. Psych, CCC, RSW, etc.) for practice in Newfoundland & Labrador.
A minimum of 3 years of proven clinical experience after graduation of a relevant Master’s program
Strong ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
